English Translation
Since it unveils a general theory of scientific progress and since it goes a long way towards finding out why a civilization streads ahead in science&tech or not, this book may interest readers in the whole world. English being the lingua franca of today's world, making this book available in English would make sense. Le Secret de l'Occident has been waiting for its English translation since at least 2007. At this time, the Flammarion pocket edition confirmed the book's stance and place in the world of thinking. The author would be available to re-read the translated pages, and to adapt the text for English-centered readers. And of course to update the text when needed.
